Please call the desired VOC location to speak with a team member to schedule an appointment. For new clients, you can make the appointment directly or get a referral your primary care veterinarian. A form is available to fill out in advance before the scheduled appointment (located at the bottom of the page).
We pride ourselves in our communication and ability to work closely with your family veterinarian, as well as other veterinary specialists, to offer outstanding patient care. If you would like the ophthalmologist to have your pet’s medical records, please notify your primary care veterinary office and they can fax or email the records to the desired VOC location. Records are not required for the appointment, but please know the names and directions of the current medications your pet is on before arriving to your scheduled consultation.
