Appointment Scheduling


Veterinary Ophthalmic Consulting (VOC) offers the highest standards of medical and surgical veterinary ophthalmology for your pet by diagnosing and treating common eye related conditions, including dry-eye, corneal ulcers, cataracts, glaucoma and retinal disease.
Please call the desired voc location to speak with a team member to schedule an appointment. or request an appointment with the online form below. For new clients, you can make the appointment directly or get a referral your primary care veterinarian. A form is available on the website, under “New Client registration,” to fill out in advance before the scheduled appointment OR you can verbally tell the VOC team member the information during the check-in process at the front desk.
If you would like the ophthalmologist to have your pet’s medical records, please notify your primary care veterinary office and they can fax or email the records to the desired voc location. Records are not required for the appointment, but you should know the names of the current medications your pet is on.We pride ourselves in our communication and ability to work closely with your family veterinarian, as well as other veterinary specialists, to offer outstanding patient care.
