Veterinary Ophthalmic Consulting is truly blessed with the best technicians! We appreciate all of your compassion and hard work with every furry friend.
Happy Technician Week to the dream teams! 💙💙
✨ #TechTuesday ✨ Everyone say hello to Rebecca, one of our Upland technicians! Her favorite thing about working at VOC is meeting all the new patients and growing bonds with them, especially “Bert!” While working with Dr. Calvarese, she’s learned about so many different eye cases. Also, Rebecca considers all of us her work family.
#TechTuesday ✨ Say hello to VOC Upland’s RVT, Amy! She’s worked in ophthalmology for 13 years and has been in the veterinary medicine for 27 years. “I have been so fortunate to work alongside Dr. Esson and Dr. Calvarese for the past 13 years. If I had to pick my favorite thing about ophtho it would be anesthesia and surgery. Most of our patients have health issues and some are very challenging anesthetic cases. I appreciate that the doctors I work for trust my judgement and experience, and provide me with the resources needed to get these patients through surgery and home safely. It has been my privilege to work with these doctors over the years and I would never consider working for anyone other than VOC. We truly are a dream team.” 🙌🏼
✨#TechTuesday ✨ Everyone say hello to Sarah, VOC Irvine’s surgical RVT. Her favorite part about working with Dr. Esson is seeing a wide variety of companion and exotic animals and being able to assist in many different eye surgeries. She loves coming into work every day and being apart of a family oriented practice!
✨ #TechTuesday ✨ Say hey to Dana, VOC Irvine’s technician. 👋🏼 This girl is the BEST at multitasking and can handle not only one, but many patients at one time (Shoutout to our cute bulldogs “Dunkin” “Dexter” & “Dash”). She loves learning about ophthalmology and assisting in many different surgeries with Dr. Esson!
✨ #TechTuesday ✨ VOC is happy to introduce a new technician to the family, Rachel! She has worked in veterinary ophthalmology for 5 years. Her favorite pet is a sphynx! Welcome to the team, Rachel. 😻
WE ARE OPEN
1. All appointments are done 'curbside' for the safety of our clients and staff members.
2. Call us from your car to check in and a VOC team member will assist you outside.
3. Our ophthalmologists will examine your pet in our treatment room, then meet you outside to discuss the diagnosis and treatment.
